Jeff Cree, Vice President Special Operations

Jeff Cree is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial and real estate industries. Currently leading Special Operations & Mergers and Acquisitions at Noble Capital, Jeff brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to his role.

Jeff’s journey began in 2002 as a construction manager for Meritage Homes. In 2005, he showcased his entrepreneurial spirit by co-founding Spartan Homes, a prominent custom home-building company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area before successfully transitioning to the mortgage industry during the 2008 recession. He achieved notable success at industry-leading companies like Citi and Nation Star Mortgage.

With exceptional leadership skills, Jeff became a branch manager at Caliber Home Loans in 2016 and joined RealPage, Inc. in 2018, focusing on corporate development. Jeff showcased his visionary mindset once again by co-founding Cree Financial and Consulting, where he served as the Chief Executive Officer.

Jeff holds an educational background from the New Mexico Military Institute where he played football on scholarship and Texas Tech University, where he studied Business Economics and Finance. Currently pursuing an MBA with an emphasis on Mergers & Acquisitions, he demonstrates his commitment to continuous learning.

As the Vice President of Special Operations at Noble Capital, Jeff leverages his extensive knowledge and proven track record to drive successful deals. Outside of work, Jeff takes pride in being a devoted father to his children Cole and Ava.
