Salary: $35,000 base + Commission; TTC (Total Target Compensation): $65,000+

  • Previous Sales and/or Real Estate Experience (min. 1-2 years) High energy, It all starts and ends with Sales!
  • Excellent communication skills (polished and authentic) Written, oral and interpersonal. Read, write and speak Spanish proficiently is preferred
  • Excellent computer and math skills Office 365, and ability to structure loans and commissions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment Ability to prioritize and effectively execute.
  • Initiative Demonstrated ability to work independently, driven to creatively source and develop new business.
  • Confidence / Guile Ability to strategically pursue prospects, be assertive and consistent.

  • Create a sales experience, from initial contact to closing of sale, that drives referrals and repeat business.
  • Educate clients on loan products Conduct effective loan, and borrower, due diligence requirements.
  • Travel to and from industry events during and/or after business hours.
  • Use and maintain CRM platform Create, update and monitor contracts; ensuring compliance.
  • Present loan opportunities to management in accordance with internal guidelines.

Noble Capital is seeking a Staff Accountant (SA) to manage the accounting functions for multiple small balance sheet entities based in Texas.   In addition to personally managing the day-to-day tasks involved in bookkeeping and basic transaction entries, the SA will be responsible for working with the CFO and COO to setup budgets and build out pro-forma and cash flow projections for various entities. This is a critical role to overhauling Noble’s data reporting and compliance processes and will allow for more efficient growth and management for the company in the long-term. As the SA, you will be tasked with learning current system protocols and documenting existing processes into standard operating procedures.

Position Responsibilities

  • Chart of Accounts: Responsible for setting up and monitoring the chart of accounts for subsidiaries.
  • Bookkeeping: Responsible for the entry of transactions within subsidiary books.
  • Accounts Receivable: Receiving and processing revenue items.
  • Accounts Payable: Processing monthly payments to vendors.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts on a monthly basis and working closely with the company’s CFO to maintain controls and accuracy in accounting.
  • Budget and Pro Forma: Responsible for developing and keeping current, budgets and pro-forma reports to help management maintain operational control over subsidiaries.
  • Audits: Act as the point of contact for outside auditors and Fund Managers, providing reports, and access as needed
  • Payroll: Responsible for gathering data and processing payroll through an outside PEO for various subsidiaries.
  • Monthly / Quarterly Distribution / Reporting: Preparing and sending monthly, quarterly & annual distributions & reports to various stakeholders (as needed). Will also include year-end reporting such as the preparation of K-1, 1099, 1098, Financial Statements, etc.

Position Requirements

  • BA / BS degree required  in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks.
  • High proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite programs, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of databases and online sharing systems.
  • Excellent organization skills to create and maintain an orderly work environment.
  • Possess the ability to handle a multitude of projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Experience in planning, coordinating, managing and executing strong deadlines.
  • Proven Accounting, Reporting, and Professional Client Management Skills a must.

Noble Capital, Texas’s leading Private Money Lending firm specializing in providing residential investment loans throughout the State of Texas, is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate for the company’s Loan Operations team due to the growth of the company. The current loan portfolio includes 300 + loans, totaling $155 million in principal balance with rapid growth anticipated.

Position Overview
The Company’s Associate will work hard in a fun and supportive team setting, with the task of handling the day-to-day workflow of loan servicing operations and reporting. The successful candidate must be able to problem solve and have a high proficiency for detail and numbers. The ideal candidate would be a recent college graduate with a finance or accounting degree, or a banker, accountant or candidate with a prior lending or loan servicing background.  

Position Responsibilities

  • Post and process monthly Borrower payments in LSS Software.
  • Print and distribute Lender payments via LSS Software.
  • Prepare reports to advisors monthly.
  • Prepare, record and track Transfers of Lien for each loan.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by answering phones and incoming email.
  • Perform oversight of delinquent tax and insurance premiums.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Financial or Accounting background or degree.
  • Comfortable working in Excel across multiple spreadsheets.
  • Adaptability to various computer programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, takes initiative.
  • Ability to work independently, after initial training period.
  • Proven customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization skills to create and maintain an orderly work environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior accounting experience or payment processing experience is a major plus.
  • Experience with loan servicing software or other financial software is a major plus.
  • BA / BS degree is a plus.
