Position Overview
At Streamline Funding, we stand behind a proven sales platform and are excited to expand our local presence in the Austin, Houston and San Antonio markets. We are seeking a Business Development Representative to strengthen our brand’s awareness and market presence. The focus of this position will be identifying, qualifying, and closing new borrower clients with our loan products. This job is tailor-made for someone who has the confidence to speak with ease to anyone and will work relentlessly to accomplish their sales goals. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, has sales and/or real estate experience, and understands the value that Streamline Funding’s loan products provide.

Position Responsibilities
• Market loan products to residential real estate investors in the markets identified.
• Develop scalable prospecting campaigns to connect with real estate investors and other professionals.
• Create, cultivate, develop, and maintain business relationships.
• Articulate & demonstrate the premium value our loan products offer.
• Create a sales experience that drives referrals and repeat business.
• Effectively articulate information regarding loan products and due diligence requirements.
• Travel to and from industry events during and after business hours.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong customer service and administrative skills
with a keen focus on meaningful relationship building. The Client Relations Coordinator
will own the office’s sales origination, retention, and referral processes and serve as the
first and last point of-contact for prospects and clients. Additionally, the CRC is responsible
for assisting with and implementing various marketing initiatives. The CRC will be
compensated on serving clients, building and nurturing relationships, and effectively pulling
prospects through the sales funnel.

We’re looking for a driven and focused individual to own customer relations, operational support and basic marketing coordination for the Noble Capital Retirement brand. They must be an exceptional people-person with a sincere and outgoing demeanor who enjoys connecting with, and building lasting relationships with, prospects/clients.

The Client Relations Coordinator must feel confident in working closely with prospects to guide them through the sales process as they work with the Advisor to implement a retirement plan. They must be results driven and capable of thinking outside-the-box when challenged to create new solutions to meet
sales goals.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
A. Sales Coordination
• Serve as key point of contact between advisors, prospects and clients: confirming appointments, setting new appointments, answering queries, and providing pertinent information.
• Advance sales pipeline by retaining committed prospects and converting new prospect leads into committed appointments.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance;
research and recommend customized opportunities to satisfy unique needs identified in the relationship building process.
• Actively seek out new opportunities that engage prospects and increase business opportunities.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and marketing data.
• Handle complaints or objections with professionalism – always maintaining exceptional quality of service and demonstrating our core values.

B. Office Administration
• Manage sales calendar to maximize efficiency and productivity in coordination with advisor and support team.
• Maintain databases with updated and accurate prospect/client information.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties as needed.
• Ensure an orderly welcoming environment for all guests.

C. Marketing Operations
• Plan and facilitate execution of events and communications campaigns to meet sales goals.
• Work to determine events budgets, coordinates event production and manage expenses to that budget.
• Keep promotional materials up-to-date by coordinating requirements with marketing team;
inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt; etc.
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to determine campaign efficiency and helps shape future marketing strategies.
• Provide reports based on metrics collected, such as: event registrations, conversion ratios, etc.

Position Requirements
• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in a customer relations and/or sales role.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and collaborative environment.
• Proven track record as a client-facing associate, who meets established goals.
• Possess an understanding of how to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex
environment.
• Solid computer skills, including: MS Office and social media platforms.

This is a business development role that requires strong sales and customer service skills. The BDR will recapture retirement planning prospects who have fallen out of the sales pipeline for various reasons by getting them into an appointment with a Financial Advisor. The BDR will be compensated on effectively nurturing leads that have been cultivated by the firm and pulling them through the sales funnel. The internal title for this position will be Retirement Advocate.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

A. Business Development
• Contact prospects to reengage them in the sales process – this will consist of a series of strategic repeated efforts to establish relationships, facilitate consumer confidence and convert leads into committed appointments. Heavy telephone contact will be required supported by e-mail campaigns and hosted events.
• Manage pipeline of leads generated by the firm to ensure efficient and timely communication and engagement.
• Serve as key point of contact for recaptured prospects as they advance through the sales process – liaison between prospect, advisor, and support team.
• Implement sales and marketing campaigns and strategies that engage prospects and increase business opportunities by utilizing creative ideas to engage prospects.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing weekly, monthly and quarterly data. Ability to interpret marketing data and pivot strategies based on that data.
• Handle complaints or objections with professionalism – always maintaining exceptional quality of service and demonstrating our core values.
• Attend prospect events to build and maintain relationships with prospects as directed.

Position Responsibilities

The Company’s Marketing Coordinator will focus his/her initial efforts on Acute Financial and will work in a team setting. The model candidate is required to possess exceptional organizational skills and project management expertise. The Marketing Coordinator will be a critical part of the team as he/she will be required to maintain all of Acute Financial’s marketing activities and initiatives including the creation and dissemination of marketing content and material, coordinate client activities and events, and maintain a number of client high touch and email campaigns.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone with two (2) or more years having successfully overseen a marketing team. In addition, the ideal candidate must have five (5) or more years of experience creating, implementing and analyzing robust email marketing campaigns (including drip campaigns). The candidate should also be able to manage a number of unique client retention campaigns and events.

Sample (day one) responsibilities for the role are below but are not limited to the following:

Weekly & Monthly:

  • Review SEM analytics (future)
  • Review website analytics (visitors new and old, trends in website traffic, etc.)
  • Review social analytics (engagements, etc.)
  • Review event analytics (RSVP’s, attendees, 1st appointments, etc.)
  • Review email campaign analytics
  • Create content for website, blog and email campaigns
  • Monitor status of ongoing works in progress (WIP)
  • Coordinate content with stakeholders for radio and television shows (future)
  • Create/organize content for social media campaign
  • Work with Advisors, consultants and contractors to create Acute authored “expert” book
  • Prepare, plan, schedule, participate and follow-up on client events and seminars
  • Lead the implementation and follow-through on new marketing ideas
  • Assist advisor with tracking VIP Prospects
  • Email “Marketing Reports” to CMO (reports include WIP’s, social, web and event results & analytics).
  • Manage and record all R.S.V.P.s to upcoming events, workshops & seminars
  • Manage “Acute’s All-Star” (Ambassador Campaign)
  • Manage client high-touch marketing program
  • Manage funnel retention campaign with appropriate stake holders

Quarterly

  • Assist with the creation of the marketing plan(s).
  • Discuss and review previous quarter’s marketing strategies and success
  • Discuss and review upcoming quarter’s marketing strategies and implementation timeline

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Proven track record creating, implementing and managing numerous email marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Experience coordinating and promoting the attendance to multiple events
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time

Minimum Requirements
