The investment strategy of the Funds is to invest largely in short-term loans secured by tangible assets with a compelling risk/reward profile.
Since the inception of Noble Capital’s private lending operation, the underwriting team that supervises the investment strategy of the Funds has successfully placed more than $400 million in private loans.
Diversification
- Loans contained within the Funds are asset-based only and are diversified both geographically and across asset classes.
- Diversification across various asset classes (single-family rental, renovation and new construction home projects) and a variety of MSAs, diffuses risk for investors within the Funds.
