Accounting/HR Manager - Austin Office
Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks and activities relating to accounting/HR functions and financial reporting in assigned areas. This position is responsible for the design, development, administration, and execution of all human resource policies, procedures, and programs as approved. Makes recommendations to Executive Management in the areas of maintaining accounting and human resource principles and procedures.

Lending Officer - Positions in Austin, Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth
The Company's Lending Officers work for Streamline Funding, a wholly owned subsidiary of Noble Capital. Streamline Funding's goal is to dominate the Texas market when it comes to hard money Lending. Streamline the exclusive originator of mortgage loans that are funded and serviced by Noble Capital. Backed by a professional firm with a well established lending operation and capital raised and managed in-house, Streamline Funding has positioned itself to be the market leader in the industry. This position requires a person with excellent salesmanship abilities in addition to a deep understanding of residential or commercial real estate finance. The company’s Lending Officers are expected to develop and manage borrower clients with a high level of service and expertise. The company values a direct, open, and honest approach when it comes to communicating and interacting with clients. Candidates must exude a high level of professionalism and possess proven sales skills, proven organizational skills and strong relational skills.

Loan Coordinator - Austin Office
As a Loan Coordinator (LC) for Streamline Funding (A wholly owned subsidiary of Noble Capital Group LLC), your top priority will be to manage the company's lending operation from an administrative, organizational & client relationship management standpoint. This includes loan processing and all of work that goes into it. The LC will report directly to the Origination and Underwriting Manager of Streamline Funding. This is an fast paced position, and this person will be expected to make a significant impact on the overall operations of Streamline Funding and the efficiency at which the division operates. Candidates must possess proven administrative skills, proven organizational skills and strong relational skills.
