Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven and focused individual to own our content marketing efforts for all four of our brands. The right candidate will be versatile – able to plan and write content for print, web, social and mobile. They must be an excellent writer, who is social media savvy with a knack for building and executing editorial calendars targeting multiple audiences.

The Content Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning and executing rich content strategies that utilize a variety of vehicles across multimedia channels. This individual will be responsible for leading content for all four of our brands. Therefore, they must be a self-starter who is action-oriented, focused and able to juggle many deadlines at once.
Supporting the Senior Marketing Associate, Marketing Coordinator and Sales and Marketing Associate, they will guide the creation and production of all content for the company’s internal Marketing Department.

Position Responsibilities
• Accountable for planning and executing content strategies designed around buyer personas to drive qualified traffic, engagement and leads that deliver sales and/or customer retention.
• Management and execution of editorial calendars that feed content into four brands’ websites, email marketing campaigns, social media channels and a multitude of other multimedia vehicles.
• Plan, launch, analyze and optimize campaigns featuring rich content that enhances the customer’s journey throughout the sales process and into retention.
• Develop effective communications that deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time at each phase of their purchase consideration.
• Research, analyze and test the best ways for buyers and prospects to find and consume content that appeals to their needs and provides value/enhances their experience.
• Create compelling copy for a large portfolio of marketing deliverables, including: Traditional, Advertising, Print, Digital, Radio, TV, Social, OOH and Merchandise.
• Channel management of digital content hubs and supporting social channels, including: Blogs, MailChimp, HooteSuite and SproutSocial. This person must understand best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why.
• Owns deployment and management of content marketing campaigns, proactively monitors and measures effectiveness, and runs A/B tests for campaign optimization.
• Comfortable working with third-party vendors, web developers, designers and production companies to ensure accuracy and delivery of projects on deadline.
• Provide reports based on metrics collected, such as: event registrations, conversion ratios, website leads, click thrus, opens, form submissions, views/likes/shares, UX trends, etc.

Position Requirements
• Portfolio (5-10 works) demonstrating content strategy and copywriting capabilities is required for consideration.
• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing and/or copywriting role creating content for multiple channels/audiences.
• Results focused mindset with a passion for driving revenue through content in the form of engagement, leads and sales.
• Exceptional writing and editing expertise with a keen eye for digging into grammar and finite details.
• Project management skills with an understanding of how to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Comfortable analyzing marketing data using Google Analytics, web and email dashboards to gauge effectiveness of content for multiple campaigns running concurrently.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including Traditional and Digital Marketing, such as Automation/SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods.
• Experience with WordPress, Blogging, Google Analytics and the top social media channels.
• Solid computer skills, including: MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, MailChimp (Web/Email Analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
