Associate - Loan Operations (Austin, TX) / Noble Capital

Noble Capital, Texas’s leading Private Money Lending firm specializing in providing residential investment loans throughout the State of Texas, is seeking a loan servicing Associate for the company’s Loan Operations team due to the growth of the company.
The Company’s Associate will work in a team setting, with the task of handling the day-to-day workflow of loan servicing operations and reporting. The successful candidate must be able to problem solve and have a high proficiency for detail and numbers. The current loan portfolio includes 300 loans, totaling $122 million in principal balance with rapid growth anticipated. This position will report directly to the Loan Operations Supervisor.
The primary role and responsibilities of the Associate, after training, is complete, is as follows:
o In a team setting, process Borrower payments including statement preparation, regular mail outs, payment posting, late payment notifications, balloon notifications, and loan extensions within required time frames.
o In a team setting, process Lender payments including statement preparation, regular mail-outs, and late payment notifications within required time frames.
o Master the loan servicing software system, including setting up borrower and lender information, and insuring the accuracy of all data input to the system.
o Prepare reports to advisors monthly.
o Prepare, record and track Transfers of Lien for each loan.
o Build positive relationships with borrowers and lenders by providing exemplary customer service.
o Delinquent tax and insurance premium oversight.
o Account reconciliations, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
o Prior accounting experience or payment processing experience is a major plus.
o Experience with loan servicing software or other financial software is a major plus.
o Experience with fund management is a major plus.
o Comfortable working in excel across multiple spreadsheets.
o Adaptability to various computer programs.
o Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment.
o Self-starter, highly motivated, takes the initiative.

Position Responsibilities
The Sales and Marketing Associate supports the Senior Marketing Associate and Senior Advisors in the coordination and execution of seminars, workshops and client-facing initiatives from the company’s internal Sales and Marketing Department. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
A. Sales Coordination

Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven and focused individual to own our content marketing efforts for all four of our brands. The right candidate will be versatile – able to plan and write content for print, web, social and mobile. They must be an excellent writer, who is social media savvy with a knack for building and executing editorial calendars targeting multiple audiences.

The Content Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning and executing rich content strategies that utilize a variety of vehicles across multimedia channels. Funding Analyst and Investor Operations Associate – Capital Markets (Austin, TX) / Noble Capital

Noble Capital is a dynamic alternative investment firm located in North Austin. We are growing quickly and are seeking a Funding Analyst and Investor Operations Associate to provide support for our Capital Markets team. This is a full time entry-level position which includes salary and benefits. Office hours are 9am-6pm, Monday – Friday, no weekends or holidays. Up to 20% travel required.
The primary responsibility of the Funding Analyst/Operations Associate is to support senior staff in two major areas of Noble Capital’s alternative investment business. First, this role will assist the Senior Associates in managing the operational elements of Noble’s various investor channels. This will include document creation, scanning, filing, and preparing loan level marketing materials as well as investment documents and other investor facing communication. The new associate will also provide administrative support for the RIA and Broker/Dealer sales channel.
Additionally the successful candidate will help model and track key performance metrics and produce reports for senior management which will be used for investor facing communication across all of Noble’s investment products and programs.
Some direct communication with investors and other stake holders will be required both via phone and in-person marketing and investor appreciation events. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills and be able to develop rapport with sophisticated investor clients.
