Karla Oellrich, Director of Human Resources & Talent

Director of Human Resources at Noble Capital Group

Karla Oellrich is the Director of Human Resources, handling all aspects of employee relations at Noble Capital. From recruiting to retention, payroll to benefits, Karla’s role is to enforce company policies and practices while facilitating an effective work environment for all team members.

Oellrich has varied experience in office management, executive liaisons, and even teaching—all skills that allow her to wear the multiple hats required for HR. In her five years at Noble, she’s helped the company achieve something hard for an organization of any size: smooth growth.

As the HR Director, Karla’s stated goal is to provide an environment in which employees are so fulfilled they’re willing to put in longer hours when needed, occasionally giving time with their families and friends to serve the larger mission—without ever feeling obligated or resentful about having done it.

Her core philosophy comes from Richard Branson: “Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don’t want to.”

From fascinating the creation of work relationships to listening to their conflicts and offering solutions, Karla takes a deep and active interest in the happiness of team members. Under her leadership, employees at Noble are building more than a resume and taking away more than a paycheck. They’re helping build a legacy, and they are taking away friendships and mentors

Oellrich knows that you can’t operate a business without employees, and valuing them is evident in the way she approaches every aspect of running her department.
