As Director of Marketing & Communications, Chancellor oversees all of Noble Capital’s marketing, creative, and media initiatives. Joining Noble’s leadership team in early 2021, Aven leads the effort to optimize all digital development—including design, branding, usability, function, and marketing.
Before joining Noble Capital, he headed operations at a tech and marketing agency and spent nearly a decade as a founder and operator within the Colorado and California cannabis industries, during which time he developed a keen expertise in utilizing data to identify trends, allowing for optimization of budget and performance based on the insights. That ability is integral in his contributions to Noble’s annual budgeting exercise by forecasting and planning the growth trajectory of the brand for the managed channels.
Chance’s work touches the entire end-to-end user experience within the firm’s business development sector and includes identifying new opportunities for the business. As Director of MarComm, Aven leads the planning and delivery of key paid marketing activity, directs the attribution and performance measurement of all marketing campaigns (online and offline), and assesses ROI and KPIs against goals.
The old way—where product development and marketing were two distinct and separate processes—has been replaced.
