Chris is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the business as well as spearheading the expansion of existing and new business lines for Noble Capital.
A seasoned real estate professional, Chris has spent the last fifteen years building firms that specialize in Loan Servicing, Loss Mitigation, Full Service Brokerage, Insurance, Management, Maintenance, Rehabilitation, and REO disposition.
Romney joined the Noble Capital family of companies in 2008, bringing with him extensive experience in structured finance and commercial lending. Romney oversees the business development and marketing functions of Noble and its affiliated entities.
Romney’s career in the real estate industry began in 2001 as an Escrow Officer for one of South Florida’s premier title insurance companies.
Grady Collins oversees all financial and servicing aspects of the real estate investment operations, including institutional warehouse line facilities, managed accounts for high net-worth individuals, and mortgage pool fund offerings. As such, Grady is responsible for all financial reporting for each business unit, independent investment account, and all direct lenders through Noble’s Private Lender Network program.Learn More About Grady
Alana actively oversees the day to day operations of the Loan Processing, Loan Closing and Loan Servicing functions for the company. She has over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, and has extensive experience originating, underwriting, closing and servicing loans.
James Gaskin, Funding Manager, is responsible for coordinating private loan opportunities provided by Noble Capital to its Private Lender Network (PLN) and plays a key role in developing and managing relationships with current and new lenders.
Edward Hart, Funding Manager, is responsible for raising capital, funding loan opportunities, and maintaining relationships for Noble Capital’s PLN (Private Lending Network). Edward plays a key role in managing the funding process of all private loan opportunities.
As Director of Technology, Adam Shell is responsible for the design, execution, and maintenance of Noble Capital’s information systems. Adam works with all departments to drive greater efficiency, provide data-backed insights, and protect critical information.
Tammie Tirres, Senior Associate of Private Lending, is responsible for coordinating private loan opportunities provided by Noble Capital to its Private Lender Network (PLN) as well as finding new ways to effectively develop and grow relationships with existing and potential lenders. Additionally, Tammie works with current and prospective financial advisors showcasing Noble Capital’s products. Tammie also helps the marketing team coordinate events for the Lenders of the PLN. Her previous business experience provided the opportunity to work with a diverse array of people and to perform a wide variety of job functions. This background gives Tammie the opportunity to excel at Noble Capital in an ever changing and demanding work environment.
Jason McNiff, Senior Associate of Private Lending, is responsible for running any day-to-day work-flow of all private lending functions in order to effectively manage the company’s portfolio of private lenders. Jason also assists in the day-to-day loan servicing and funding operations. His responsibilities include preparing various productivity, financial, and administrative reports. Other duties include presenting to perspective lenders, building client relationships, and enrolling them in our Private Lender Network. His previous business experience in sales and customer services plays a key role in his ability to deliver knowledge and resources that Noble has become known for. Jason is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management.
